Hooters Air sued
I had never even heard of Hooters Air until a few minutes ago when I read this article about Hooters Air being sued for allegedly using a business plan without compensating the plan's creators. Frankly, I don't see any use for Hooters Air (I mean who cares if your flight attendant is wearing a Hooters T-Shirt?) so I don't mind if they get sued.

What's so dandy about hooter air... It don't matter what air line they are, they have no rights to steal somebody's buisness plan. Isn't that plagurism?
At least u got hot flight attendants. ;D

I think there is more to the story. I suspect the students were inexperienced and didn't protect their idea. No contract was signed between the parties. Most likely the students will lose the suit.
I wonder if the guys have any solid proof. If they don't they don't stand a chance on winning anyway. If it was their plan it isn't a very good one because the girls should be topless.
