Back from the cruise
The review will come in a couple of days. It was a good vacation overall but my wife and I have decided to try another cruise line next time after 2 NCL cruises.
Today we visit Boston with the family. We go to our favorite Italian restaurant and hopefully do something else in Boston. I'm about to look up the address to Paul Revere's house. I'll blog more later.

Gave up on 'party boats' a long time ago. When the wife and I go (Caribbean in spring, Europe in fall) it's either Holland America or Cunard. While I know a lot of folks don't dig the formality, there's something to be said about the caliber of service and quality of the amenities.

As for vouchers, they were on our beds at arrival, with a note indicating we should make a reservation. That being done, we were good to go - till dinner time. Must have been an inexperienced maitre'd as one of your other writer indicated. Better luck next time. Will be waiting for your next report.
